Famous Old World Rye
Marble, seeded, plain rye, and pumpernickel, still baked to the Al Cohen's recipe Buffalo has known since 1888.
One loaf built
this whole company.
The first loaf of Al Cohen's rye came out of a Buffalo oven in 1888, and the deli cases of Western New York never looked back. The recipe has outlived every trend since, and it is still the standard our whole plant is held to.
Four varieties in 36 oz two-pound loaves, kosher certified, available through wholesale and retail distribution.
